Find out more about our fully supported cycle tour on the Croatia islands with gulet yacht accommodation!

Our inaugural Croatia CycleSail Tour turned out to be everything we expected it to be and more. It was a very special trip with sunny harbour-side starts every morning

An exceptionally high standard of dining every evening

Pudding every day is a must …

Roads like carpets to ride on

Fun on the ferry ⛴ (we take 2 short ferries on the trip)

There is plenty of time to stop and hang around (literally)

… actually it’s hard not to stop & take pics

Lunchtimes weren’t all spent together in the same restaurant but many were

There were umpteen pics of sunrises and sunsets over and on ‘Linda’ our stunning wooden yacht

The Dingac tunnel descent is one of the most beautiful 9ks you’ll ever cycle (or rather free-wheel) in your life

Don’t squash them as you ride along!

Skipper hosing down all of the bikes

Korcula is a delightful tiny town

Rob is 80 and there wasn’t one climb on tour he didn’t tackle successfully

Ken spending a day on the boat waving us goodbye πŸ‘‹

Some of the island harbour descents are quite challenging

But not as challenging as the descent on foot to this lovely secluded cove featured in the Mama Mia 2 film

After evening drinks πŸΊπŸ₯€πŸΉ it’s sometimes a little tricky to locate Linda πŸ€£ let alone clamber aboard!!!
But there’s always a helping hand πŸ–
The crew wait patiently to raise the gangplank at bedtime

Ice cream stops are compulsory

… as is lying on your back doing absolutely nothing when crossing between the islands sometimes

Shoes off on board please πŸ™

Two highly competent tour leaders!

Our unstoppable Octogenarian!

Mooring up is always a joy to watch

More spectacular sunsets

Jelsa’s donkey on Hvar Island

Captain and crew made us feel welcome and comfortable at all times

The views are just spectacular

Always time for a second (third and fourth) coffee ☕️

Bartender Helena also made a wonderful waitress and in addition was to be seen throwing the odd rope and brandishing the odd buoy at docking time

Lucy, the chef’s creativity was everywhere; not just in her fabulous food

The German-made high quality hired bikes arrived with an equal standard of service by Toni and met the exact specs given

No problems drying the washing πŸ‘

Don’t let the daily shorter distances (45 to 85k) fool you into thinking this is easy!
The climbs are pretty tough

You don’t get views like these without working for them

A lovely time was had in the Croatia CycleSail ‘Year of ‘22’
